I’ve been promoted from Senior Product Manager to Product Management Lead, and now Associate Director—shaping e-commerce platforms, AI-powered tools, and membership experiences for clients like Gatorade and Bose. My role blends research, strategy, and execution, guiding cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguity to deliver products people actually use. At R/GA, I worked as a senior producer and digital program manager across global accounts like Samsung, Meta, and Universal Music Group. Starting as an internship out of college, I grew to lead large-scale product and service design initiatives, managing everything from mobile AR experiences and campaign creative to complex platforms and design systems. My role sat at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery—partnering with internal teams and clients to bring digital ideas to life across channels.

Before product, I was a writer and editor. I contributed stories to Digital Trends and IEEE GlobalSpec on nights and weekends, covering breaking tech news and emerging trends. In college, I served as editor-in-chief and later managing editor of The Pitt News, my daily student newspaper. There, I led a team of 80+ student journalists, launched our digital department, redesigned the paper’s print and web presence, and helped shift the newsroom into a digital-first era. That early foundation sharpened my instincts for storytelling, editing, and fast-paced decision-making—skills I still draw on every day in product work.
